  1. Loved this leg workout! It was exactly what I was looking for today to finish off the 25 min HIIT I did before it. I wanted to really work my legs, and this delivered! I liked the different styles of strength training you utilized in this video, Supersets, time under tension etc. It was great, and I really appreciate your workouts, they make my day!

  2. Is this workout helpful. in making me loss weight from my thighs & butt. or they will get BIGGER… I already have a thick thighs & I want to loss the fat in them…

  3. Hi Coach, Thanks for the excellent workout. Would you please let me know the weight you use during this workout ? I finished the beginner workout and the weight I used was 2.5 for each of them. What is your suggestion for now ?

  4. Back again. Increased the weight~10%, and again challenged with blood shunting and nausea.If you guys had stopped talking, I would have stopped. This is a ruthless workout for me. That kickboxer training story was definitely my dig deep moment. Goal: Just live thru the 45 min leg workout. Hope all is well with you guys. See u next time.

  5. To be honest guys this is the best workout channel
    I used to check a lot of channel for a good full workout but they don't give me the result I want so I start to collect some exercises from here and there but I don't feel that I'm doing the right thing
    But you guys just what I need a full session of a good combined exercises
