Hi Lucy..u r inspiring us a lot n it videos r very gud n I luv most of thm n practice..i hav a prblm..coz of my posture r daily routine coz of d carrying my handbag on right side i hav strained a lot on left side ..n my muscle beside my left rib has strained a lot fr breathing coz of tht swelling n knots hav developed..n especially facing lot of inconvenience while breathing n space btwn d ribs r also strained n swelling is the al d time..n my abdominal muscle also developed knots n hav pain..so hw cn u help me out 2get did of ths..pls suggest me smthng..

  3. hai mam, first of all thank you very much for your motivation, kindly advice me wheather I can do excersise like Hiit, pear shape workout and abs workout one after the other or only one workout at a time, that Is should be there a time gap between each workouts??
