  1. This was great guys… I was looking for a weighted ab routine and you posted one right on time great minds think alike Lol!!! it burned like crazy I modified a few of the moves but will not stop until I make it through the entire workout doing the advanced version. Thanks for all you do.

  2. I really like your format, the quick, seem less preview is such a great feature. This is an excellent abs/CORE workout. Thanks for leveling up and offering modifications. Now if only you would include a quick/stretch cool down at the end! The teacher in me believes including one shows its relevance as part of any workout…best to lead by example! Thank you for this.
