GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE:
3 frozen bananas
1 fresh mango
2 pitted medjool dates
1 cup fresh spinach
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp spirulina
1 cup plant milk

BOWL RECIPE:
cooked rice/quinoa
steamed corn on the cob
steamed kale
chickpeas
1 medium sized chopped sweet potato
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp maple syrup

– bake sweet potatoes (about half hour depending on your oven) at 400F with a sprinkle of 1/2 tsp curry powder, 1/4 tsp cumin, and 1/4 tsp garlic powder
– toss drained and rinsed chickpeas in maple syrup, na remainder of the spices. Broil in oven for about 5-10 minutes tossing half way.

WORKOUT:
2 minutes jumping jacks
2 minutes ice skaters
*30 second rest*
2 minutes squats
2 minutes lunges
*30 second rest*
2 minutes mountain climbers
2 minutes bicycle
*30 second rest*
2 minutes glute kickbacks
2 minutes alternating side planks

  5. Your body looks great! I've been trying a plant based diet and I was so disappointed yesterday cause I found out the bread I eat actually has honey in it. I never knew so many things were in bread! Gotta check those labels!

  6. Was sitting on the couch thinking I should do an at home workout then saw this video! This workout was awesome… I was sweating more than I do when I go to the gym ha! definitely saving to do again later. :)

I was just waiting for some clips to export (for one of my upcoming videos) and I didn't have anything to do so I so glad you uploaded this video because it motivated me to get off my butt 😂 I personally found the side planks very difficult because my wrist felt very strained, is there a substitute for the side planks?? Thanks again for the workout!!

  8. This was absolutely awesome Maddie. One of your best videos. Really inspiring to those who want to get on the regular exercise train but may not yet be ready to be a gym warrior. Also it was awesome to see how engaged your abs were on that last exercise. Just shows how beneficial compound movements in a mere 17 minute routing can be! Thank you very much for this.
