  1. Great way to begin the day. This is my first exercise for the day. After work, I will do the another. I enjoy using weights, and so, I used 3lbs and it was doable. Feeling wonderful, now off to get ready for work. The awesome thing about this workout is that it can be done during lunch.

  3. +Lucy Wyndham-Read if I only want to loose weight of my stomach and loose belly fat and muffin top of it do I have to do all these over workout or do I just stick with the same one all month? Also any suggestions on what workouts I should do for my stomach
