  1. Would have been great but half the time there was a delay between dance and music. If i wasn't a musician I probably would care so much but it really put me off. Otherwise good.

  2. Wow Bipasha, only in the first 11 minutes I started sweating.. I still am.. but I just gave up!! But, can you guys tell me how to keep breathing (like what should be the rate and pace of breathing) while doing this? I get confused, sometimes while dancing I totally forget that I am not breathing lol.. but this is really an important question.. please answer anyone. Thanks I really enjoyed it.. lets see after 1 month how much I lose.. 😀

  3. hi Bipasha, do you know what type of exercise move that we can do discreetly when we are in a crowded place? example while waiting for the bus…I want to do exercise but I don't want to be obvious
